Shell does not include any plumbing electrical, insulation, flooring, etc. but it does include a fully built 6×10 sleeping loft and 2×10 storage loft. Decked with 1.5” Doug-Fir T&G. I have a few interior designs in mind that reflect the window placement but the layout is open – waiting for someone’s vision. Let’s work together to finish it!
All highest quality materials: Cedar board and batten siding finished with clear ready seal, hydro-gap house wrap and Titanium roof membrane, black snap-loc metal roof, cedar soffit, all new double pane black windows – 5 of 7 open. Island cedar trim and battens. VG solid Fir Varnished door.
